I’m a Wellbeing Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. My passion lies in helping others navigate their stress and anxiety through the power of breath.

My mission is to guide you on your personal healing journey. I offer 1:1, semi-private and group breathwork sessions to empower you, help you find balance, peace, and resilience in your daily life.

 

We all experience stress and anxiety from time to time. When it begins to interfere with how you're showing up in life, for your family, for work, and for yourself, I am here to support you with the tools and techniques to live more freely.

Entering my first breathwork session, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. My intention was to find some relief from stress. Yet, from the moment I arrived, any apprehension melted away. Amanda guided me through the experience, creating at atmosphere of comfort and reassurance. By the end I felt not only refreshed and centred but also grateful for the transformative journey. Amanda is a skilled Breathwork practitioner and I highly recommend working with her those seeking a safe, supportive and enlightening experience.
