I’m a Wellbeing coach and trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator, with a background in Psychology.

I’m passionate about helping others navigate their stress and anxiety through breath.

In 2017, I began my personal healing journey while struggling with debilitating anxiety. I had experienced anxiety from a young age, always overthinking - to the point I thought it was normal. Driven by a desire to heal myself and others, I studied holistic health coaching, discovering ways to nurture both mind and body. In 2019, I left the corporate world to pursue a more purpose-driven path, supporting others through my work at a mental health nonprofit.

Over time, I was introduced to breathwork—a transformative practice that integrates the mind, body, and breath, going far beyond traditional talk therapy. Experiencing firsthand the profound impact breathwork had on my life and nervous system, I knew I wanted to share this powerful tool with others. I committed to completing my training as a trauma-informed practitioner, inspired to make breathwork accessible to anyone seeking healing and balance.
