Hi I’m AMANDA
A Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Wellbeing Coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and stored emotions through the transformative power of breath. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for healing, empowering you to reconnect with yourself and achieve a sense of balance and peace.
My journey into holistic healing began in 2017, during a challenging period marked by debilitating anxiety. Seeking answers beyond traditional methods, I trained as a Wellbeing Coach and immersed myself in holistic health coaching, uncovering ways to heal both the mind and body. This pivotal experience inspired me to leave the corporate world in 2019 and dedicate myself to work that aligned with my purpose. I then worked for a mental health nonprofit that helped deepen my understanding of the human experience and the importance of holistic approaches to wellness.
With a natural interest in human behaviour and passion to delve in deeper, I returned to University to study Psychology (currently 3rd year) and in my exploration of healing modalities, I discovered breathwork—a practice that integrates the mind, body, and breath in ways talk therapy alone cannot. Experiencing its profound impact firsthand, I knew I wanted to share this powerful tool with others. I became a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator through Rhythm of Breath, equipping myself to guide others through their unique healing journeys with care and compassion.
Today, I offer 1:1, semi-private, and group breathwork sessions designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, a way to process past experiences, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, my goal is to support you every step of the way. Breathwork is more than a practice; it’s a gateway to transformation, and I’m here to help you unlock its potential.
I find immense fulfillment in witnessing the shifts that breathwork brings to my clients’ lives. Seeing them step into greater self-awareness, resilience, and peace reminds me daily why I chose this path. It’s an honour to hold space for others on their journey toward healing and balance.
